As the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution
and delivery of projects within our organization. This role involves establishing and maintaining project
management standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes. The PMO
Manager will collaborate with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to optimize project workflows and
enhance overall project management capabilities.

Develop and implement project governance standards and procedures.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies across all projects.
Lead the creation and maintenance of project plans.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
Collaborate with process managers to allocate resources effectively.
Maintain a resource management system to optimize project team utilization.
Identify and assess project risks and issues.
Work with functional/vertical teams to develop mitigation plans.
Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare regular reports for project stakeholders and leadership.
Provide training and support to process managers and teams on project management best
practices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the project management community.
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a project management office or similar role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the service industry
