Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver communication and soft skill training modules.
  • Train on verbal ability modules.
  • Provide communications skills training to learners/ participants coming from varied educational and professional backgrounds.
  • Design assessment plans to check learners command over the language
  • Responsible to handle client expectation setting/evaluation calls.
  • Responsible to create/curate the content/material required for his/ her respective trainings.
  • Responsible to execute the training successfully while maintaining feedback of 4 out of 5.
  • Have Worked on Syllables Stress, MTI Issues, E- mail writing, Addie model, Kirkpatrick Model.

Functional/Technical skills:

  • Designing Training Content (Must)
  • MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of instructional designing models
  • Knowledge of Next-generation training techniques
  • Knowledge of content in demand
  • Virtual Facilitation skills
  • Principles of Pedagogy

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A stronghold on language (English) and intricate knowledge of grammar, phrases, essay writing, etc
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience as a communication trainer an added benefit

Educational qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream
