Candidate will be the part of Talent Acquisition team and act as independent contributor in HR India to help in post offer engagement of the candidates and successful onboarding by negotiating the offer, building continuous candidate engagements and introducing them with the existing team members.
- Offer Letters Creating offer letters & processing it through HRIS Software. Handling queries related to joining, policies, salary & Negotiations.
- Pre-On boarding – Processing pre-onboarding through HRIS Software & follow-up with the candidate to complete their documentation. Creating tracker of all the offer letters sent, acceptance, documentation & joining dates.
- Background Verification – Sending out background verifications forms & process BVC from prior companies & educational institutes.
- Employee Referrals – Inviting employee referrals on the open requirements & engage them to participate in various referral programs. Handling queries related to employee referrals.
- Post Offer Engagement- Engaging candidate using different medium to excel candidate recruitment process. Sending monthly newsletters, videos of the top management or company milestones which keeps candidate engaged and invested in the company.
- Arrange Meeting with current employees- To make candidates feel more comfortable, creating opportunities for them to network with others who share similar interests.
- Develop Processes – Create SOPs and policies related to post offer engagement and onboarding to help attain Zero fall out of candidates.
- Continuous Candidate Engagement – To upkeep the expectations of new joiners and make them comfortable in the new environment.
- Mange Recruitment Portal – To make sure candidate has run through the complete recruitment process and proper feedbacks are recorded into the recruitment portal.
- Filling & Documentation - Creating and maintaining files and folders as per the compliance requirements and help in HR Audits for the same.
- Inter-Department Coordination – Effectively coordinate among different departments to make onboarding process more efficient and process orientated.
- 5+ Years of experience in HR domain
- Experience in employee onboarding
- MBA/Diploma in HR or related field
- Excellent Communication
- Good negotiator and excellent networking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and creating SOPs
