Manager - Client Onboarding


Job Purpose

The client onboarding team is the first point of contact for new clients. This team is focused on serving individual and corporate clients. Our mission is to provide outstanding support that begins and fosters lasting relationships with them, and thus pave the way to greater adoption of SOP. Candidate will help to improvise the processes, build SOPs and help implement them in a proper manner


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set performance goals that align with the companys larger plans
  • Coach, mentor and develop your direct reports
  • Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Help to maintain or increase quality of the Onboarding team, ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for our clients while conducting client due diligence.
  • Think holistically about Escalon’s success, how your team can contribute to it, and then drive that success
  • Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner
  • Ensure reports adhere to company and department policies
  • Serve as a link between direct reports and department stakeholders
  • Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Experience researching and conducting individual and corporate client due diligence e.g., deep understanding of business models, industries, corporate structures and beneficial ownership.
  • Experience in organizing work groups, coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules and ensuring quality compliance
  • Strong communication and leaderships skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively
  • Highly self-motivated to help our company fulfil its larger mission
  • People-centred, supportive and flexible in order to get the most of his/her team
  • A natural leader who is focused on inspiring employees to own their work and deliver better results
  • Preference to Six Sigma certified candidate

UG:B.Com in Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate
