Profile - Lead - Project Management

Job Purpose -

This role requires focused, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Management Integration individual, that will manage the end-to-end Project Management planning and execution process from developing plans and programs, to successfully implementing and managing those programs, to tracking and measuring outcomes in support of Escalons overall business objectives.


Manage the end-to-end PM integration planning and execution process, including:

  • Participate in due diligence
  • Managing transition processes and delivery resources during the Transition stage, Deliver Program and Project Management
  • Contributing in strategic initiatives to improve transition and overall business functioning
  • Develop appropriate integration strategies and metrics to support business requirements
  • Create a holistic integration plan to achieve deal-specific value and synergies
  • Work closely and develop relationships with cross-functional leaders and teams to align resources and oversee ongoing integration activities from on-boarding to completion of go-to-market and functional integrations
  • Continuously monitor execution risk to identify issues and develop and implement solutions
  • Perform post-deal reviews, and continuously enhance integration capabilities and playbook through process improvement, performance measurement, and team development
  • Support Business Leaders in the identification and divestiture of non-core assets or businesses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven deep subject matter expertise in various aspects of mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations
  • Requires ability to communicate and influence senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization
  • Significant integration experience with transaction structures of all types and basic familiarity with legal contracts
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead matrixed, cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires highest knowledge and mastery of multiple job areas obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Viewed as the leading expert and/or resource within the field by peers within and outside the organization.
  • An effective communicator with excellent relationship-building Negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Versatility High level of professionalism and confidence
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives internal and at external Clients Side
  • Entrepreneurial Skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Qualification: MBA Finance with PMP Certification
  • 4 years of experience in End to End Project Management.
