Job Purpose

ATL will be super user for different third-party apps (QuickBooks & Netsuite) to solve queries of clients and internally, analysis the different apps on multiple factors including cost and implement best apps for clients and for internally. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, an excellent communicator, and possess superior skills in Windows.

Responsibilities

  • Handling the team of the dedicated resources in provide cutting edge services to the Global clients.
  • Handling the F&A clients in terms of third-party apps queries.
  • Providing the basic trouble shooting of the apps.
  • Understanding the client's requirements and delivering our software solutions to facilitate this.
  • Follow the standard process and best practices
  • Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, and any other areas that require modification
  • Deliver end user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior executives and administrative staff
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the clients.
  • Understanding the client's requirements and delivering our software solutions to facilitate this

  • Managing the reports and records of various clients and processes
  • Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, and any other areas that require modification
  • Deliver end user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior executives and administrative staff
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the clientele.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience
  • Track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conducive to team development
  • Troubleshooting on QBO/QBD and different software from functionality perspective
  • Familiarity with QBO/Expensify/Bill.com
  • Data migration is preferred
  • Good knowledge in Advanced Excel
  • Comfortable in their interaction with board members and executives
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple of terms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably Commerce)
  • Team management skills

UG:B.Com in Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate
