Roles and Responsibilities

Purpose


Candidate will lead a team that will be responsible to solve queries of clients and internally, analysis the different apps on multiple factors including cost and implement best apps for clients and for internally. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, an excellent communicator, and possess superior skills in Windows.


Responsibilities

  • Understanding the client's requirements and delivering our software solutions to facilitate this
  • Follow the standard process and best practices
  • Managing the reports and records of various clients and processes
  • Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, and any other areas that require modification
  • Deliver end user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior executives and administrative staff
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the clients
Requirements
  • B.com
  • Exp: 5 – 6Yrs
  • 1 yrs exp in team handling role
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Handy with MS Office
  • Excellent with Excel
  • Shift: Swing
