Assistant Manager, Team Leader & Associate - Client Onboarding
The client onboarding team is the first point of contact for new clients. This team is focused on serving individual and corporate clients. Our mission is to provide outstanding support that begins and fosters lasting relationships with them, and thus pave the way to greater adoption of SOP. Candidate will help to improvise the processes, build SOPs and help implement them in a proper manner
- Manage standard process and best practices to bring clients onboard and online in the stipulated timeframe
- Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, and any other areas that require modification / process improvements
- Deliver dashboards & reports to the higher management daily, weekly & monthly
- Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the clients
- Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably Commerce).
- MS Visio proficiency
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Strong analytical skills
- Exp From 3 to 8 years of post qualification experience in BPO/KPO industry.
